The Customer Services Group provides the main central IT support services for the University, including the Service Desk, AV Support, Digital Skills, and access to site-licensed or discounted software and training. It also provides support for a numbers of business systems including Research Administration systems. Teams include:

Sam has worked within the University for 29 years. She started in 1996 working in central finance before moving across into an IT project implementation role in 2001. Sam moved to central IT from 2004 managing the services of a variety of business systems, and was appointed at Deputy Director of Customer Services in 2022.
