Do you use eduroam? Many of us here at Oxford do, and we need to take action in order to keep using it.
On 20 August 2019, the current security certificate for connecting to eduroam Wi-Fi will be retired and a new certificate will take effect. This means that everyone connecting to eduroam using a laptop, phone or tablet computer will need to reconfigure the Wi-Fi of their device to keep using eduroam. It shouldn't take long and you can do this immediately – there is no need to wait for 20 August.
The easiest way to reconfigure your Wi-Fi is to use the eduroam Configuration Assistant Tool (CAT). Instructions for this can be found on the IT Services Help website.
